Assembly and testing complete our manufacturing capabilities as an integrated industrial solution. Especially for hydraulic cylinders, in-house assembly, cleaning and verifiable testing processes support reliable final acceptance before delivery. 

Assembly services are available on request in our in-house assembly hall. This allows selected assemblies and, in particular, hydraulic cylinders to be assembled directly on site and prepared for downstream testing processes. 

Testing processes are a key part of quality-assured final processing. A dedicated testing area is available for hydraulic cylinders, where assembly, cleaning and pressure testing are coordinated as an integrated sequence. 

An SPS-controlled hydraulic cylinder test bench is available for testing hydraulic cylinders. The maximum test pressure is 500 bar, and up to 700 bar is possible using a hand pump. This area is complemented by a hydraulic cylinder assembly hall with a washing facility for workpiece lengths up to 3.5 m. 

The combination of assembly, cleaning and pressure testing provides a reliable basis for final acceptance of quality-critical hydraulic components. This supports functional testing, technical traceability and a clean handover to transport or further processing.
